Swiss companies are considered the most reliable, respectable and solid entities since decades. Swiss GmbH

The GmbH is a Limited Liability Company. It requires a signed capital of 20.000,- CHF, half of which must be paid up during the registration. Names and nationality of all owners are filed in a public registry. There are no limitations on foreign owners, however Swiss laws do require a local director. Coldwell can of course provide a Swiss director.

Swiss AG

The AG is a Corporation. It requires a signed capital of 100.000,- CHF, half of which must be paid up during the registration. The shareholders of a corporation can remain completely anonymous. Bearer shares are allowed. There are no limitations on foreign shareholders, however Swiss laws do require a local director. Coldwell can of course provide a Swiss director.
